ComfortShift’s role
ComfortShift is a lead-generation and referral service operated by Triple J's LLC. ComfortShift is not an HVAC contractor and does not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee HVAC work.
Independent providers
Participating providers are independent businesses responsible for their licenses, insurance, estimates, contracts, work, warranties, pricing, and legal compliance. Homeowners decide whether to hire any provider.
Requests and communications
Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, response time, appointment, price, or outcome. By submitting, you authorize ComfortShift and one matched provider to contact you about the request as described in the form consent.
Contractor applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or territory availability and does not create a purchase. Founding Partner activation and payment occur only after approval.
Acceptable use
Provide accurate information and do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent requests.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple J's LLC is not liable for a provider’s acts or omissions or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
