When you submit a homeowner request or contractor application, we collect the information you provide, including contact information, ZIP codes, service needs, and request details.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate ComfortShift, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and match homeowners with an eligible participating HVAC provider. A homeowner’s request information may be shared with one matched independent provider so that provider can follow up.
Communications and choices
Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@getcomfortshift.com.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and retain information as needed for operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. No system can guarantee absolute security.
